This is the website of Kona Koa Eco Lodge in Hanga Roa, on Easter Island. Its purpose is simple: to let you book directly, with no middleman and no commission.
Here you’ll find our four bungalows (Kau Pora, Haka Honu, Hoe Vaka and Haka Nini) along with our guided tours and hikes across the island, from sunrise at Tongariki to the climb up Terevaka.
The lodge is run by Jérôme Amigues, who will welcome you in person. Our tours are led by a team of local guides who know the island in ways no guidebook can teach.
The website was designed and built by Aroha Web Rapa Nui, also based in Hanga Roa.
Choose your dates, your bungalow or tour, and any add-ons. At checkout, you pay a 30% deposit by credit card. The balance is due when you arrive, also payable by card.
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment goes through. That email is your confirmed reservation.
Our cancellation policy is detailed in our terms and conditions. In short, cancellation is free up to two months before your arrival.
The site is available in French, English and Spanish. Use the flag at the top of the page to switch languages at any time.
Prices are shown in euros or US dollars, depending on the language you choose. Because our bank is Chilean, the payment itself is processed in Chilean pesos. Before you confirm anything, we show you the exact amount and the Central Bank of Chile exchange rate. No surprises on your statement.
It doesn’t track you. We measure traffic to see which pages are useful to you, and that’s all. We don’t show ads, sell data or build profiles.

The site is hosted by o2switch in Clermont-Ferrand, France, in data centers that run on about 94% low-carbon energy. Travel already comes with a carbon footprint, so there’s no reason for the website to add more than it has to.
